Exeter Hospital is posting daily, detailed
updates on Exeter Hospital’s Facebook page with changing regulations they are
implementing to keep patients and staff safe. Exeter Hospital will also be posting links to
the most reliable sources of information.
Anyone who is having symptoms of fever,
cough, and/or shortness of breath who believes they require a COVID-19 test
should call their primary care doctor.
Patients should only come to the
Emergency Department if they are having a medical emergency.
Do not got to the Emergency Department to get a coronavirus test as Exeter Hospital is not a testing site.
To protect patients and providers,
Exeter Hospital is no longer allowing visitors (except for pediatric, Family
Center or hospice patients, who are allowed one visitor each), the cafeteria is
closed to the public, and elective surgeries, colonoscopies, and more are being
cancelled to preserve resources.
·
Core Pediatric
Dentistry is closed except for patients in need of urgent dental care.
Additionally, Core has consolidated Exeter Pediatrics into its new Stratham
location.
